I tailor therapy to each person, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
I work across the lifespan with life transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, neurodiversity, alcohol and other drug concerns, and psychological assessments, which I approach in a client-centred, strengths-based way.
I am originally from Peru and can also provide therapy in Spanish. Outside work I enjoy beach days, hiking, tennis, new recipes and a good record.
