I work with parents and children on emotional regulation, behaviour, communication and self-esteem, with a special interest in ADHD and autism, using a strengths-based, neurodivergence-affirming approach.
I also support women with self-esteem, identity, life transitions, relationships, anxiety and low mood, including women exploring or adjusting to an ADHD or autism diagnosis. I offer sessions in Portuguese and English.

Therapy Co quotes its fee when you enquire or book. Fees vary by clinician and session length.
With a GP’s Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral, Medicare pays $101.55 a session with a psychologist, for up to 10 sessions a year.
No referral is needed. NDIS, private health and self-funded clients are welcome.
Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.
