My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental, drawing on person-centred, strengths-based and evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT and positive psychology.
In my downtime I get outdoors with a coffee and a good book, travel, do pilates or yoga, and make friends with the local king parrots.
