I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, disordered eating and body image concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, person-centred and strengths-based, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
Outside work I enjoy gardening, hiking, swimming, travelling, the gym, and time with family and friends.

What a session costs
Therapy Co quotes its fee when you enquire or book. Fees vary by clinician and session length.
With a GP’s Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral, Medicare pays $101.55 a session with a psychologist, for up to 10 sessions a year.
No referral is needed. NDIS, private health and self-funded clients are welcome.
Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.
