Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the ADHDme website. By using the site, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

2. What ADHDme is

ADHDme is a directory of ADHD clinicians in Australia, including GPs, psychologists, allied health clinicians and coaches. We don’t provide health care or medical advice, and using the site doesn’t create a relationship between you and any clinician. That starts when you book with a practice.

ADHDme is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For support at any hour, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

3. Clinician information

Profiles are based on what each clinician or their practice publishes about their own work. Clinicians are not ranked, no clinician can pay to appear higher, and a listing is not an endorsement.

If something on a profile looks wrong, email us and we will check it with the clinician. A clinician can ask us to correct or remove their listing at any time.

4. Booking with a practice

Booking links take you to the practice’s booking system or website. Your appointment, including its time and fees, is between you and the practice, under that site’s terms and privacy policy. ADHDme is not a party to the booking and doesn’t take any part of the fee.

5. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t interfere with how it works, misrepresent who you are when you contact us, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.

6. Content and ownership

The site’s text, design and software belong to us or are licensed to us. What clinicians say about their own work remains theirs and is shown with their consent.

7. Availability

We are still building ADHDme, so features may change and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We work to keep profiles accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. As far as the law allows, our liability for a problem with the site is limited to supplying the service again. We are not responsible for the services of practices or booking providers, which have their own terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
