She combines academic training with lived experience of autism, ADHD and intellectual disability, which informs a thoughtful, compassionate and practical approach.
She is passionate about helping people build capacity, develop independence and navigate challenges with confidence, and a strong advocate for access to diagnosis, recognising how it opens the door to the right supports and services. Through a strengths-based and inclusive approach she helps individuals and families recognise their abilities, overcome barriers and move toward meaningful goals. Outside work she values family time, and a couch shared with her dogs.
