Before psychology he contributed to a Rugby Australia initiative that expanded opportunities for neurodivergent young people to take part in community sport across Queensland, and he brings that breadth to his practice.
He draws mainly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and values therapeutic relationships built on respect, curiosity and collaboration. He is interested in the unique experiences, perspectives and stories each person brings. Outside work he hikes, reads and plays the guitar.
