Alongside her work in dietetics, she is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Feed Your Future Dietetics is a neurodivergent-affirming practice that puts you at the centre of your care. It takes a holistic and individualised approach, developing practical strategies that consider your lifestyle, preferences, abilities, goals and relationship with food. Ashleigh is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and people experiencing eating disorders, restrictive eating and challenges around food.
Consultations are available Australia-wide via Telehealth and Zoom. The practice works collaboratively with you and, where appropriate, the people involved in your care, building skills and confidence for positive and sustainable change, without judgement or unnecessary pressure.
