She works with children, teens and adults, often with the whole family.
There’s no single ADHD diet, and she doesn’t offer one. She starts with what you actually eat, how your appetite changes on stimulant medication, and what’s realistic around school, work, sensory preferences and budget. Then she builds a simple plan you can follow on hard days, without missing out on nutrients.
Care can include meal planning, health coaching, testing when it’s clinically indicated, and nutrients prescribed after assessment, checked against your medications. Every client gets a written plan and regular reviews. No referral is needed; your doctor diagnoses, and she works alongside your GP and care team.
