About

I bring over 30 years of experience across healthcare, secondary and tertiary education, mentoring, leadership and community involvement to my work as an ADHD Consultant Coach.

Across my career, I have been drawn to supporting people who have not always felt understood, helping them feel safe enough to recognise their strengths, trust themselves and take the next step. My work with students, families, clients and professionals has always centred on creating calm, supportive spaces where people feel heard, respected and able to build confidence and belief in themselves.

As an ADHD Consultant Coach with REACH ADHD, I bring a warm, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. My experience supporting people navigating ongoing stress, anxiety, overwhelm and complex life experiences has shaped the way I coach, with a strong focus on safety, trust, empathy and respect.

I believe meaningful growth begins with connection and a genuine sense of belonging. My coaching is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients better understand their unique brain wiring, recognise what is already working, develop practical strategies and move toward their goals with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.

What coaching costs

REACH quotes its fee when you enquire.

If you work at least eight hours a week, the Employment Assistance Fund can pay for coaching: around $1,770.44 a year, REACH says. Apply through JobAccess; REACH’s guide has the steps.

Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants can claim. For children, REACH says the NDIS is usually the only funding route.

Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.

REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy is an independent practice. ADHD coaching is not a registered health profession. Coaches do not assess, diagnose or provide therapy. This profile is written from Kate Dallimore’s own description of their work.
