I’ve had the opportunity to work as a classroom teacher, specialist, and later, as a Gifted and Talented Specialist, advocating for students and helping them succeed both academically and socially.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face. My role has allowed me to mentor educators, collaborate with families, and support students through tailored strategies designed to meet their needs. Working closely with this incredible community has only strengthened my passion for helping individuals embrace their unique brain wiring.
Through ADHD coaching, my goal is to help students and families see that differences in learning are something to be embraced, not feared. I’m here to provide the tools and strategies that enable growth and success, helping every individual step into their best self with confidence.

What coaching costs
REACH quotes its fee when you enquire.
If you work at least eight hours a week, the Employment Assistance Fund can pay for coaching: around $1,770.44 a year, REACH says. Apply through JobAccess; REACH’s guide has the steps.
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants can claim. For children, REACH says the NDIS is usually the only funding route.
Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.
REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy is an independent practice. ADHD coaching is not a registered health profession. Coaches do not assess, diagnose or provide therapy. This profile is written from Debbie Hirte’s own description of their work.
