Over time, I’ve come to understand just how varied and complex ADHD can be for each individual, and this insight has shaped my approach as an ADHD coach. I bring together my expertise in education with a deep understanding of ADHD, crafting strategies that truly connect with each client.

As a consulting coach to REACH ADHD, my priority is meeting each person where they are. I believe in creating a supportive, positive environment where clients feel encouraged to explore new strategies and tackle challenges head-on. Whether we’re focusing on building self-confidence, improving executive functioning, or enhancing social skills, my coaching is centred around empathy, patience, and understanding.

My role is to help clients not only manage ADHD traits but to help them grow in a way that aligns with their personal goals and values. I celebrate every milestone with my clients, big or small, and I’m dedicated to equipping them with tools that lead to long-lasting success.

What coaching costs

REACH quotes its fee when you enquire.

If you work at least eight hours a week, the Employment Assistance Fund can pay for coaching: around $1,770.44 a year, REACH says. Apply through JobAccess; REACH’s guide has the steps.

Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants can claim. For children, REACH says the NDIS is usually the only funding route.

Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.

REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy is an independent practice. ADHD coaching is not a registered health profession. Coaches do not assess, diagnose or provide therapy. This profile is written from Erin Lysle’s own description of their work.
