Her background spans secondary education, ATAR Economics and Business Management, Special Needs Support, Commerce, and Sport, giving her a whole-person perspective on education that integrates neuroscience, emotional safety, and compassion.
Throughout her career, Donna has taught and mentored thousands of students, led middle-management teams, supported both high-performing and neurodivergent learners, and contributed beyond the classroom through roles in professional services, governance, and community sport. These diverse experiences have shaped her belief that connection is foundational to learning, and that understanding how the brain works is key to unlocking confidence, regulation, and growth.
As a consultant coach with REACH ADHD, Donna focuses on ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and neurodivergent-affirming practice. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where students and families feel seen, understood, and supported. What coaching costs
REACH quotes its fee when you enquire.
If you work at least eight hours a week, the Employment Assistance Fund can pay for coaching: around $1,770.44 a year, REACH says. Apply through JobAccess; REACH’s guide has the steps.
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants can claim. For children, REACH says the NDIS is usually the only funding route.
Fees are set and charged by the practice. ADHDme takes no commission.
REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy is an independent practice. ADHD coaching is not a registered health profession. Coaches do not assess, diagnose or provide therapy. This profile is written from Donna Italiano’s own description of their work.
