She works with clients of all ages through major life transitions such as pregnancy and motherhood, and challenges like anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma (including complex PTSD using EMDR), grief, sleep difficulties, disordered eating, and recovery from violence or substance use.

She has provided counselling at QUT, worked in private practice and led clinical operations in busy mental health settings, including crisis support services. Clients often describe her approach as warm, empowering and highly personalised; she draws on CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each session and keeping things straightforward.

The first session is about getting to know you, your story and what you would like to achieve, and she aims for you to leave each session with practical skills to take into everyday life. Outside therapy she reads, gardens, hikes, and tries her hand at pottery on a throwing wheel.
