About
Hi, I’m Jess, a psychologist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can take a breath, put the mask down, and be a little more human.

I work primarily with young neurodivergent adults who may be navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, or the lingering impact of past experiences. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time trying to understand why everyday life can feel harder than it seems to for everyone else. They may be used to overthinking, people-pleasing, masking, holding everything together, or feeling like they’re constantly trying to keep up.
As someone passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, I also understand that healing and growth don’t have to mean becoming “less neurodivergent” or learning to fit yourself into someone else’s idea of what life should look like. Sometimes, therapy is about understanding yourself more deeply, letting go of strategies that no longer serve you, and creating a life that actually works for you.
My work draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and mindfulness, alongside attachment-focused, trauma-informed and somatic-informed perspectives. I have a particular interest in the ways our early relationships and experiences can shape how we see ourselves, connect with others and cope with the world around us.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and down-to-earth. I’m not here to tell you how you should feel or hand you a list of strategies and send you on your way. Instead, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, patterns, relationships and nervous system, while finding practical ways to make life feel more manageable.
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on. You just need a place to start. We can figure out the rest together.
