How booking with ADHDme works.
Two steps, and no account needed.
Most people with ADHD have spent years dealing with systems that seem built for someone else: forms that ask the same question three times, waitlists with no end date, a referral to get a referral. We built ADHDme to take out as much of that as we could.
Step one is browsing. Each clinician in the network has a public profile that says who they are, where they consult, what they focus on, and what an appointment costs before any rebate. You can read all of it without signing up.
Step two is booking or asking. When you find a profile that suits you, its button will say Book or Enquire. Book opens that practice’s own diary, where you pick a time. Enquire opens the practice’s own form, and they reply to arrange a time. ADHDme doesn’t charge a platform fee or ask for payment upfront.
We kept the process this short on purpose. ADHD makes executive function scarce, so a booking process that asks a lot of it ends up losing many of the people it was built for.
If you’re not sure which clinician to start with, our GPs are the usual first step, for assessment and prescribing. Psychologists and allied health practitioners help with what comes after, from therapy to workplace adjustments.
